Mystery. Can not choose. 
The sparkly ones are the smallest fitting adult, they are alittle smaller on the face for adults, fit older kids great as shown in pictures. 
Older adults around 7/8 adults (pictures shown below on 8 year old) 
They are 2 ply with adjustable ear straps. They all have openings at back for filters. Not medical grade. Do not have nose pinch at top.
